The Permanent Beer Festival of The Yorkshire Dales
A Scruffy Pub in The Yorkshire Dales with up to 16 Real Ales in our Own Wooden Barrels, a Traditional Working Cooperage, 3 Real Fires, a Village Shop, a Uniquely Awkward Landlord and Lovely Landlady
New Inn at Appletreewick has, up to 16 Real Ales from Wooden Barrels, making it 'The Permanent Beer Festival of Appletreewick' and The Yorkshire Dales.
The real ales at The New Inn, Appletreewick are always kept to the highest of standards (no barrel changes without a full line clean) and are all from breweries local to Appletreewick. New Inn stocks beers from The Craven Brew Company, all created by the excellent Dave Sanders, along with superb beers from Saltaire Brewery, Theakstons and Daleside. But remember, we only serve pints, gills are available for Wussies.
New Inn Working Cooperage
New Inn Working Cooperage in a small corner of our Parlour is dedicated to the making and repairing of our Wooden Barrels using only original hand tools from a bygone era
Our Opening Hours.
Moving forward in these strange times we have made some decisions in order to ride the storm of the rising energy, food and fuel costs. From now on we will be open Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and on the remaining days possibly for residential check-in only. Please ring to find out whether we are open on the day. We 100% intend surviving these unprecedented challenges.
You can follow us on none of the major social platforms because we are too old to do all that
