We’ve tastefully renovated the New Inn bedrooms to enhance the charm of our 16th century Yorkshire Dales inn for a cosy and quiet stay when you want to crash out at the end of a day. Our 6 individually styled en-suite B&B rooms are named after our favourite features in the unique landscape and habitats of the Yorkshires Dales; Moor, Pasture, Fell, Wood, River & Beck.
The rooms are available to book seven days a week and naturally include a hearty Yorkshire breakfast made with the finest local produce. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi and each room has tea and coffee making facilities, bottled water and a range of toiletries.
All rooms are dog friendly at no extra charge. Your furry friends will be welcomed with their very own blanket, bowls and a little treat from us. We offer a range of doggy meals and even dog beer!
Whichever room you choose, you should sleep well, with only the sounds – depending on the time of year – of the curlews, sheep bleating and cows mooing and occasional tractor trundling! Which room do you fancy?
Moor
South facing, Moor has views across to Barden Fell. Comfortable and cosy the room can be configured as a twin or super-king double as needed. It has a recently installed ensuite shower room.

Pasture
Between the woodland and the river, the Dales feature areas of pasture that are a haven for wildflowers. Overlooking the kitchen garden, our Pasture bedroom can be configured as a twin or super-king double as needed. It has a recently installed en-suite shower room

Fell
Looking across to the fells of Simon’s Seat our local high point, this room can be configured as a twin or super-king double as needed. It has a recently installed en-suite shower room.

Named after the woodland where bluebells and wild garlic flourish alongside the river, this room can be configured as a twin or super-king double as needed. This room is en-suite with a recently refurbished shower room.

South facing, with sweeping views across our spectacular countryside to the Wharfe and beyond, River is our most popular room. It can be configured as a twin or super-king double as needed and has a recently installed en-suite shower room. Relax on the window seat to take in the majesty of the Dale and you’ll never want to go home!

Beck
Beck is our smallest room, configured as a twin with a newly installed ensuite shower room. Bijou and snug, it’s humble like the babbling becks around us that feed into the mighty Wharfe.

We're Dog Friendly

Four-legged friends are always honoured guests at New Inn Appletreewick in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales where all our rooms are dog friendly at no extra charge. We offer a range of doggy meals and even dog beer!
Our extra special canine retreat is perfect for dog friendly holidays and short breaks. Your furry friends will be welcomed with their very own blanket, bowls and a little treat from us. Dogs are welcome everywhere in our pub but please keep them on a lead in public areas.
With a myriad of footpaths* on the doorstep, your trusty companion can look forward to long walkies together in the beautiful countryside with plenty of exciting sticks and the River Wharfe for a spot of swimming.
*Please note that during lambing time in the spring you are respectfully asked to keep your dog on a lead when passing through some fields.
